Thank you for your purchase at topadmit.com. TopAdmit’s site is owned and hosted by TopAdmit Holdings Pte. Ltd. Your purchase is subject to the following terms of purchase and, by completing your purchase, you accept these terms. In addition, by using this site, you have already agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Use for TopAdmit’s web sites, which are incorporated herein by reference.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

While we design some services for use by people under age 18, we sell them only to adults. The purchaser must be an authorized signer on the credit card or PayPal account used. If you are under 18, you may make your purchase only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

To the extent that you submit written content to us as you use our service, you grant us and our affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, and fully sub-licensable right to use, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content subject to our Privacy Policy. (For example, we may publish your essay or resume with your private information removed as an example of our editing work.)

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once paid. You agree that you are responsible for uploading the correct file.

TopAdmit provides 48-hours and 24-hours service delivery, if client’s school deadline is in 24 hours or less, we advise you to reconsider buying our services.

TopAdmit reserves the right to request funds for an order if the initial payment did not go through.

In the event of Non-Delivery of service, refunds shall be 100% per Singaporean law. In the event of customer complaints or dissatisfaction with the service rendered, management will review each case individually and decide if a full, partial or no refund is appropriate.

Intentional defamation and spreading of false rumors regarding TopAdmit’s services, resulting in company’s damaged brand, may lead to potential libel suit action.

TopAdmit may revise these terms of use for its web site and purchase terms at any time without notice. By using this web site and making a purchase you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use and Terms of Purchase.

Any claim relating to TopAdmit Holdings Pte. Ltd.’s web site or services shall be governed by the laws of Singapore without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
