Thank you for your purchase at Topadmit.com. This site is owned and hosted by Genesys Ventures Incorporated. Your purchase is subject to the following terms of purchase and, by completing your purchase, you accept these terms. In addition, by using this site, you have already agreed to be bound by the Terms of Purchase for Topadmit's Web Site, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Responsibility for your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Authorization for Purchases

While we sell products for use by people under age 18, we sell them only to adults. The purchaser must be an authorized signer on the credit card used. If you are under 18, you may make your purchase only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Use of Materials Submitted By You

To the extent that you submit written content to us as you use our service, you grant us and our affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to edit, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content subject to our Privacy Policy. (For example, we may publish your essay or resume with your private information removed as an example of our editing work.)

Refund Policy

We are committed to providing exceptional writing and editing services at affordable prices and satisfying our customers. We use strict Quality Control system to monitor our edited works. Our editors are fully trained and the edited works are under severe supervision. If you are not satisfied with our edited works and ask for refund, our senior editors will begin the investigation, to find out the real situation. Then we will judge according to the investigation to handle your request. However, we are under no legal obligation to refund the purchase price of any writing or editing service under any circumstance. We will not issue refunds of any kind for orders older than 90 days which are due to a customer's failure to provide an essay upload or completed questionnaire.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from your purchase are governed by and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the Samoa notwithstanding any conflicts of laws principles, and venue shall rest exclusively in the courts situated in Samoa. If any part of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms.
